Most telestrators for Windows are desktop programs you download, install and keep updated. ProPlayVision runs in your web browser instead, so it works on the Windows PC or laptop you already have. Load your film in Chrome or Edge, draw routes, spotlights and zones, and send a clean output window to OBS when you go live.
Desktop telestration software usually means an installer, a license key tied to one machine and updates you have to run yourself. That's a problem on school, team or work PCs where you can't install software without IT signing off.
A browser telestrator skips all of that. If the PC can open a website in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, it can run ProPlayVision. Your account goes with you, so the office PC, the film room PC and your home laptop all have the same tools, and updates arrive the next time you open the tab.

To draw live on stream, open ProPlayVision's output window and add it to OBS Studio as a Window Capture source. On Windows, set the capture method to Windows 10 (1903 and up). That setting avoids the black-window problem OBS can have with browser windows.
