Quick Fixes

COMMON PROBLEMS

The app won't load, or looks broken after an update
Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) for a hard refresh. If it still misbehaves, close every ProPlayVision tab and open it again.
My live feed or capture card won't start
Something else is probably holding the card — OBS, or the card's own software such as Elgato's capture utility. Close it, then press Scan Devices in Broadcast ▸ Focus & Live. The error message names the cause.
Game audio is silent
Check the monitor option in Audio ▸ Game Audio. Capture software that holds the card's audio exclusively will also silence it — close it first.
Drawings sit on top of players instead of under them
Nothing masks by default. Take Field Samples in the Mask tab, then turn masking on per tool with Alt+click, or for everything with Global Mask (Shift+G). Masking is on the Coach and Broadcast plans.
Zones and routes don't sit flat on the field
The perspective grid is set for a different camera angle. Pick the matching preset in Grid ▸ Camera Preset — Madden footage has its own preset.
A voice command did nothing
No message at all means it wasn't heard — check the microphone. A message naming the command means it was heard and something stopped it; the message says what.
I get logged out on one computer when I log in on another
Each subscription runs one active session at a time. Logging in on a second device ends the first. For team use, contact us about team licensing.
A setting didn't come back after importing a workspace
A few settings are read once at startup. Reload the app and check again before assuming the import failed.
What You Need

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Browser

A current desktop version of Chrome or Edge is recommended for the best recording and output performance. Firefox and Safari work, with some features limited in Safari.

Computer

Windows or Mac. Nothing to download or install — it runs in the browser tab. A dedicated graphics card helps with live capture and recording at 60fps.

Streaming

OBS or any software that can capture a window. No plugin needed — add a Window Capture source and pick the output window.

Your footage

Video files and images load straight from your computer, or capture a tab, window or capture card live. Your footage never leaves your machine.

How do I cancel?
From your account dashboard, anytime. Every plan is month-to-month — you keep access through the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be billed again.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle. See what each plan includes on the pricing page.
A feature shows a lock
That feature belongs to a higher plan. The lock message names the plan it needs.
