By using ProPlayVision ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

Subscription & Billing

• ProPlayVision is offered as a monthly or annual subscription
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the plan price listed at the time of signup
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days for review

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others — each subscription is for one user
• Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or tamper with the authentication system
• Use the service to create content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract platform functionality

One Account Per Subscription

Each subscription grants access to one active session at a time. Logging in on a second device will terminate the first session. Account sharing is not permitted and may result in suspension.

Intellectual Property

ProPlayVision and all associated software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of any content you create using the platform.

Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. In cases of clear abuse, no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

ProPlayVision is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
